We had an excellent experience with Aqua Design Pools & Spas, LLC. The communicated well; they worked when they said they would work; and did so effectively and efficiently. There was only one snafu and ultimately, it did not adversely affect the project. They did not timely send the email informing us of the date and time the crew was going to arrive at our home...but we figured it out when three trucks pulled into our driveway. Final product is terrific and we are eager to use the pool soon.

One of the very best experiences we have had in my 35+ years as a homeowner. From the moment we met Jeff Umberger to every single person connected to our project at Aqua Design, our experience was incredible! Each phase of our project was handled with personal care and professional integrity. Our needs were met every step of the way and we felt as if we were their top priority throughout even though we were just one of their many clients. Fallon kept us informed throughout each step and we knew every week what was being done and what we should expect. Justin was there every day inspecting and informing, always available to answer our questions and provide feedback when needed. As well, he was as personable, knowledgeable, and patient as anyone I’ve ever dealt with. The work crews that came were always on time and their attention to detail, diligence, organization, and cleanliness where possible was consistent and reliable. And finally the project exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is outstanding and came to life right before our eyes. Jeff, Paula, Fallon, Justin and the entire Aqua Design team made this life changing project everything we dreamed it would be! Our family will be enjoying their work for a very long time!

Lisa and I are happy to write a greater than 5 star excellent review for Aqua Designs Pools & Spas. They designed and constructed a resort level pool and backyard entertainment space that greatly exceeded our expectations. I must also highlight that communication throughout the construction process was exceptional which made the entire process enjoyable and smooth. Our pool was started by another pool company (not Aqua Design). The other pool company left the job unexpectedly. Our backyard was essentially a mud pit. Aqua Designs evaluated the pool site and formulated a way forward to complete the construction. At the very start, our backyard improved in appearance as Aqua Designs keeps a very clean and organized construction site. Jeff (owner) and Kevin (Site Manager) frequently visited our pool site to ensure all construction was progressing as planned and to give us updates. Fallon coordinates from the office and communicated with us by email and phone to alert us of future construction that was planned. As I mentioned before, communication was excellent! All of the staff were easily accessible at all times. Jeff and Kevin greatly improved upon pool construction that was already completed and ultimately delivered an unbelievably extravagant pool and entertaining area. Their artistic design ability is equally as impressive as their construction quality. Note that a large amount of hardscape work was completed to include rock terraces and 8 foot tall rock waterfall/grotto. We highly recommend Aqua Designs and Spas! I would award them higher than 5 stars excellent review if that was possible!

I strongly recommend and totally trust this company. I don’t know how they did it, but somehow they pulled out some serious skills when designing our pool. We already had existing Flagstone and then also Stackstone in our outdoor kitchen patio: very warm colors. And then we had a fire pit that was built even before that with cool gray granite. Nothing matched and yet they designed it in such a way that it looks like it’s always been here and everything is supposed to be the way it is. Never had any problems with the pool and we’ve had it two years now. I love my heater and the tanning shelf. Customer service is excellent. They had the whole project done in exactly 2 months from start to finish. The workers were extremely skilled and polite and not noisy at all with music or anything like that. Any minor issues that came up they remedied quickly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Get the pool of your dreams now! (Does not come with a posh Standard Poodle 🐩 💕)

Aqua Designs completed my pool one year ago. I have to say it was the best experience! No hidden charges, utmost professionalism, timely and a pleasure to work with. From the design, to the pool being put in everything was hassle free. I got exactly what we agreed on and they even worked with me to create a custom water color which I love. I have also used their service to maintain the pool and have been happy with that too! Don't bother even entertaining other pool companies - this one is by far the best, you won't be disappointed!

Aqua Design Pools and Spas built a pool in our backyard that is beyond our wildest dreams. It is absolutely stunning! I had interviewed several pool companies in North Georgia to work the project, and after I met with Jeff to discuss my ideas and plans, there was no doubt Aqua Design Pools and Spas was the right pool company. They were amazing to work with, and developed an outstanding plan and design. Due to Cobb County variance and permitting issues, we had a significant amount of paperwork to complete before the build could start. Faye from Aqua Design handled all the paperwork from start to finish. We had many challenges with surveys, permitting, and Cobb County, but Faye always got the job done. She was fantastic to work with and kept me off the ledge many times during the permitting and approval process. They broke ground the end of February and we were swimming the first week in May. Fallon was our project manager, and Kevin was the on-site guy managing everything. Thanks to Fallon and Kevin, the entire process was flawless. All the guys working on the pool were skilled craftsman, did outstanding work, and were pleasant to talk to and work with. I don’t think you will find a pool company that has such a high standard for delivering a personalized, friendly, honest, and exemplary level of customer service than Aqua Design Pools and Spas. They were outstanding every step of the way. We waited a long time to finally bite the bullet and install the pool. The finished product is more than we could have ever imagined and was worth the wait. Our children, grandchildren, and friends love the pool and it has given us many hours of fun, pleasure and memories. Thank you, Aqua Design Pools and Spas, for making it happen!
